Functie-informatie

As a Lead Project Technician, you are the go-to person in the field. You’ll be responsible for the assembly and installation of control panels and machine wiring. You work closely with project engineers and project managers to deliver full technical solutions.

Your day typically starts by reviewing technical drawings and plans with the project engineer. You identify any missing information and ensure all project details are clear. From there, you build control cabinets, perform mechanical adjustments, and assemble electrical wiring. On-site, you install the cabinets, wire the machines, and assist with commissioning. You monitor project timelines, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to continuous improvements.

The focus of your work will be on-site in the Rotterdam area, where you’ll spend most of your time.

You are a technically skilled professional who takes ownership and enjoys finding solutions. With your experience, you know how to maintain oversight in dynamic projects. You’re the Lead Project Technician who keeps the team moving forward and gets things done.

What we’re looking for:

• MBO Level 4 degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience building control cabinets and wiring machines.

• Proven experience with machine-building projects in the industrial automation sector.

• Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive attitude.

• The ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
